Project-Based Engagements

Refund terms for project work are defined in each client's individual service agreement, since scope, milestones, and payment schedules vary by engagement.

Deposits

Project deposits are generally non-refundable once discovery or engineering work has begun, reflecting time and resources already committed.

Disputes

If you believe an invoice was issued in error, contact us at hello@aoneta.com within 14 days of the invoice date so we can review it.
